Oakleaf Partnership are working with an Insurance company based in City of London recruiting for an Exec Reward Partner.

The role:

  • Manage document preparation for the Group Remuneration Committee, including drafting initial papers and meeting agendas

  • Co-ordinate pre-review meetings with senior colleagues including the Group CEO, Committee Chair and wider Committee members

  • Prepare Q&A responses for the Board and contribute to the Directors Remuneration Report

  • Lead a cyclical review of our Directors Remuneration Policy

  • Act as the key point of contact on policy amendments

  • Oversee regulatory requirements across the group, including the corporate governance code and remuneration codes (including the Capital Requirements Directive, AIFMD, UCITS & MiFID)

  • Completing CEO Pay Ratio reports

  • Implementing operational Executive Reward requirements such as package calculations, role sizing and pay benchmarking activity

  • In order to be considered for the role:

  • You have strong operational experience in executive reward such as handling corporate governance issues and drafting Remuneration Committee papers

  • Your ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve complex reward issues is outstanding

  • You are capable of taking complex technical issues and turning them into concise & coherent summaries for colleagues

  • You have process improvement and project management experience as well as the ability to think through interdependencies

  • Your numerical, analytical and Microsoft Excel skills are exemplary

  • You have a strong technical knowledge of pay, benefits and compensation issues combined with a broader HR and business knowledge

  • You are a confident relationship manager and comfortable working as a 'partner' to the wider business, using your written and verbal communication skills

  • Ideally you are degree educated or hold a relevant professional qualification
