Your new role
Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR advisory and administrative service across the organisation. The HR Advisor will oversee the management of end-to-end recruitment processes and liaise with agencies as required. The HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for all HR queries, provide advice & guidance on policy and procedures, and will manage absence management, performance based and first stage employee relations cases. The post holder will also facilitate the annual appraisal process, support the annual engagement survey, process HR administration documents, maintain HR records and support the HR Manager with HR project work.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor or HR Officer who is CIPD Level 5 qualified. Broad HR generalist expertise is required including strong recruitment and employee relations experience. Candidates will have a positive and can do approach, and will have a willingness to learn.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £24,000 to £27,000 plus benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Officer or HR Advisor who is ready to take their next step. There will be an opportunity to develop complex ER skills and support HR based projects alongside the senior management team.
