A growing and innovative Professional Services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. They are now looking to recruit a Learning & Development Manager to join their award winning training team. The organisation can consider the role on a full time or part time (0.5 FTE job share) basis.
Your new role
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of non-profession based learning and development programmes across the organisation. The role will focus on graduate and trainee development programmes, behavioural and soft skills, management development and leadership skills. The Learning & Development Manager will also support future talent programmes. Additionally the post holder will develop the use of e-learning and digital learning solutions, manage and support L&D based development days and initiatives, and assist diversity and inclusion programmes. Travel to other office locations will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an accomplished Learning & Development Manager with experience gained within a Professional Services organisation (or similar). Previous experience of the development and delivery of trainee, graduate, management and talent development programmes is essential. To be successful candidates will be professional, have an engaging presentation skills and strong project management skills.
