I am currently working with a Global Financial Services business based in London to recruit a Senior Benefits Manager.
Reporting into the Reward Director you will be responsible for leading the Global Benefits agenda for the group and supporting the M&A integration process and due diligence.
This is a strategic role with a great deal of autonomy , backed by a very people centric company who are willing to invest in a high level of Benefits for their global workforce.
You will work closely with the Reward Director and other HR leadership colleagues as well as face to face interaction with the CEO, CFO and Head of business.
Strong people management skills and stakeholder engagement would be highly desirable as this role will spend a large amount of time facing off to senior level stakeholders and leading presentations on Benefits strategy.
