International HR Business Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb opportunity for an International HR Business Partner. Our client is a leading global professional services firm. The role is London based with occasional international travel.The International HR Business Partner will take responsibility for HR operations as well as co-ordinating various firm wide projects and initiatives across the global regions.Key Responsibilities will include:* Provide strategic and operational HR support to the relevant international offices and fee-earning teams, to include resourcing and on-boarding, employee development, commercially driven change initiatives and globally focussed projects.* Work with the International Head of HR team to develop the HR function across European and Latin America.* Coach and support Partners, Managers and Team Leaders in their development of their people managementskills.* Advising Partners and employees on relevant policies and procedures.* Assisting with inter-office secondments and relevant immigration / visa issues.* Work with L&D colleagues to ensure that fee earners have the right skills, experience and knowledge to managepeople effectively and to help and support them when gaps are identified. Facilitate and deliver L&Dprogrammes as and when required.* Coach client groups in the delivery of effective feedback and constructive performance management baseddiscussions.* Assist the International Head of HR with the fee earner and business services annual salary review process* Project manage the Global Associate Programme and the European Network Programme* Work with the international working group to develop the firm's Global Mobility Programme* Working closely with the International Head of HR on various global projects within the firmAs the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate experience of:* Leadership and mentoring a team of HR professionals.* Proactivity in responding positively to changing working environments.* Promoting succession and mentors rising stars.* Working in a global professional services environment working across multiple territories.* Preferably legal or professional services background.* Language skills - French or Spanish would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
