HR Coordinator

South Birmingham

£21,000 - £24,000

ASAP Start

Our client a large retail organisation based in south Birmingham are looking for a HR coordinator to join their HR team. You will be responsible for reporting on a number of HR areas and work closely with other members of the team to ensure an excellent HR service to the wider business. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries and will be providing first line advice and support.

Main responsibilities:

  • Reporting on several key HR issues
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new starters, including contract creation
  • Manage the HR Shared inbox and telephone responding and escalating queries as appropriate
  • Ad hoc project work - assisting with a system transition

Require experience

  • Excellent excel and reporting skills
  • Previous experience within a HR environment
  • Confident working in a fast-paced role
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude
