Temporary HR Systems Administrator

This Bath based organisation are looking to recruit a temporary HR Systems Administrator to work closely with the HR Systems team leader. You will deliver HR systems support to include all HR reporting, process improvement and data analysis. This role will work with the wider HR team, Payroll and the IS team.
The HR system used is iTrent and day to day tasks will include iTrent upgrades, maintenance of iTrent structure and security and HR Reporting. You will also be responsible for maintenance of HR documentation, developing user guides and supporting the business on the use of the system.
To be successful, you will need at least an intermediate level Excel qualification or be able to demonstrate equivalent skills. Previous experience of production and manipulation of HR reporting is a must. Ideally, you'll have a CIPD qualification and experience in HR or payroll including use of HR and payroll systems. If you have worked with iTrent this would be ideal.
