HR Project Manager
Annapurna is partnering with a Global Utilities business to recruit a HR Project Manager on a permanent basis.This is an exciting role to join a team of HR Change experts. As a HR Project Manager you will work alongside the HR Operations team and other business partners in the organisation.Your duties: To manage the end to end TUPE, Mobilisation and de-mobilisation process for all of the business areas involved. You will be responsible for large scale change projects including T&C's, redundancies and business transformations. You will assist the business with complex ER cases. This role will act as a face of the HR projects team so you must be comfortable with senior stake hold management. Assist the wider HR team on any HR related projects. Skills: CIPD - Qualified Experience in using Lean Six Sigma methodology. TUPE experience is essential for this position. This is an exciting role to work with a global business on a permanent basis. You will work in state-of-the-art offices. Salary paying up to £50,000 + Benefits.
