This is a new role, post a major change and transformation project, where your focus will be to embed and stabilise the new HR team and structure. Through your management of a small HR team, you will ensure the successful delivery of key employee activity including recruitment, performance management, Employee Relations, L&D, and overseeing tasks such as payroll administration and work on compensation and benefits.

Description

This is a new role, post a major change and transformation project, where your focus will be to embed and stabilise the new HR team and structure.

As the HR Manager for this organisation in Bracknell, your role is to help provide a high-quality experience for colleagues across the business.


Through your management of a small HR team, you will ensure the successful delivery of key employee activity including support for recruitment and selection, performance management, managing Employee Relations cases, delivery of learning and development and overseeing tasks such payroll administration and work on compensation and benefits.


You will also support work on developing and promoting our desired culture and behaviours and work with the colleague experience designer to identify and implement projects and innovations to improve the colleague experience.

Profile

  • Experience of managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinary and grievances.

  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong management and coaching skills.
  • Excellent gravitas and stakeholder management skills.

  • Degree or appropriate professional qualification (e.g. CIPD level 5).

This role is to start ASAP so you will be available at short notice.
