HR and Employee Relations Advisor - 12 month FTC

Our client, a globally recognised consultancy business is looking for a HR and Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a maternity cover contract.

This role will sit in the HR function and will predominantly focus on HR and ER related issues.

About the role:

  • 50% of the role is on ER and as an Advisor, you will be managing 15-20 cases at any one time.
  • Managing end to end case loads and supporting the business with these matter.
  • Also supporting with wider HR Advisory matters.

What they are looking for:

  • Strong ER experience and someone who is comfortable managing their own case load from end to end.
  • Experience of autonomously handling ER cases end to end.
  • An ability to start as soon as possible.

This role is a 12 month maternity cover and the client would ideally like someone on-board as soon as possible. 1 Month notice period is the maximum they will wait.
