Job Details
An exciting PE backed business in the Life Sciences space is looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join the team based in West London and support the European expansion of the organisation.
The Senior Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for hiring across a number of technical disciplines such as Clinical Operations, Development, Risk Management and Regulatory, into a range of EU locations. As well as managing the end to end recruitment process this role will also be responsible for implementing new innovative and creative solutions and developing pipelines to support the success of the the businesses ambitious growth plans.
Candidates will have an extensive knowledge f recruiting with in the Life Sciences, Pharma or CRO industries and will be comfortable managing the full end to end process for international positions. A strong understanding of the market and the ability to communicate this is hiring managers and senior stakeholders will be key.
