A permanent Recruitment Advisor role based in the Birmingham region
Your new role
The Recruitment Advisor role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from taking detailed job briefs, advertising roles, sifting and screening applications, arranging interviews, testing assessment centres, offer management and providing feedback. Key responsibilities will also include advising on recruitment and assessment methodologies, gaining understanding of workforce planning and future recruitment requirements, and developing talent pools. The Recruitment Advisor will also build relationships with educational institutes and other external agencies, as well as liaising with recruitment agencies if additional support is required. The role will manage and/or support the recruitment of both specialist and volume based recruitment campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an Internal Recruiter with strong experience of managing volume and specialist recruitment needs within a fast paced and commercial environment. Previous experience of indirect sourcing and developing relationships with external organisations is also required. You will be professional, well organised and have great attention to detail.
