Your new company
An international pharmaceutical business based in Central London.

Your new role
In this newly created role you will support post acquisition merger activity in London and support the current 3 person team through predicted 'extra busy' times. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating collective consultations as well as working on building the project timelines and tracking as well as analysing employee related data such as personal information and employment data to develop human resource management decisions. You will also be responsible for producing all HR correspondance and letters. You will create and manage all master HR data in relation to programme as well as manage a reporting process to meet agreed timelines and track FTE change. You will create regular and ad hoc reporting for the HR workstream as well as being responsible for working with Finance agree control and monitoring of the Business case people related costs e.g. severance, retention, other termination costs etc.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent,you will have proven experience of working on HR projects, with experience in HR change projects - particularly the UK (or EU) collective (and individual) consultation process. You will be able to demonstrate where you have provided administrative support to scheduling and coordinating collective consultations. Experience in a pharmaceutical or similar commercial matrix business is required. You will be able to demonstrate your strong organisational skills and a PMO focus is essential. You will be able to work independently as well as cross-functionally in an organisation to successfully implement projects and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills; high attention to detail; ability to clearly and confidently explain new concepts to audiences. You will be self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and can apply a high level of initiative to creatively solve problems without supervision. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 3 month contract.
