The Role

This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation, where you will be responsible for the billing process. Reporting to the Financial Controller your duties will include

Inputting client invoices
Running pre-bill reports regularly on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintenance and amendments to client details
Producing draft and finalised bills and billing breakdowns
Ensure compliance with SAR and VAT regulations
Gaining approval for write offs
Assistance with new system testing

About you

You will have similar experience in a similar role ideally within the legal sector and have a good understanding of billing process. You will also have

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Be self-motivated and use your own initiative
