Your new role
As an HR BP you will report in to HR Manager for Europe and will be responsible for working autonomously in a standalone role, covering two sites, you will be responsible for supporting site strategic plans, including creating talent pools externally and internally and creating succession plans and reviewing talent management, managing cyclical reviews including performance and compensation reviews and also managing operational duties including all employee relations issues and managing the end-end recruitment and selection process.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or automotive industry. You will ideally be fully CIPD qualified or equivalent.
