Your new role
Reporting into the Head of HR, the Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the recruitment strategy across the organisation. The Recruitment Manager will work in partnership with the HR team and operational leaders, across the organisation, to develop resourcing strategies designed to meet their business objectives and workforce planning requirements. The post holder will lead a small recruitment team who are responsible for managing vacancies and onboarding recruits across the organisation. The Recruitment Manager will also manage the recruitment budget, develop relationships with external parties, manage recruitment budgets and provide hands on support with the recruitment of senior vacancies. Some travel to other sites will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will be an accomplished Internal Recruitment Manager with experience of leading a recruitment team within a multi-sited organisation. Proven experience in developing recruitment strategies within a business with diverse recruitment needs, people management, business partnering and managing compliance procedures is essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £38,000 to £43,000 plus benefits
