Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will provide generalist HR Advice, support and guidance to managers throughout the oversees part of the business
The HR Advisor will split their time between the head office in Leeds city centre and then will spend the rest of their time travelling throughout their different sites overseas.
You will act as the first point of contact for general HR queries from all colleagues and managers, providing accurate and timely advice. You will effectively liaise with HR Business Partners to get support and help with any HR issues/queries which need to be escalated.
In line with the overall HR plan, this role will be involved with all aspects of HR including employee relations cases, supporting the development of people capability through learning and development and helping managers and supervisors get the best out of our people. You will establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders from all teams in your business areas to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged with the HR team.
In addition, you will be responsible for delivering on HR projects and making sure they support the growth of the business whilst working with the HR Business Partners to ensure your business area is aligned with the rest of the company.
The successful candidate will be able to deal with complex ER issues and be happy with travelling overseas.
