Job Details
A global financial services business is looking for a HR Manager to join the HR team based in Jersey, Channel Islands. Reporting in to the Head of HR, as part of this HR team of 12 people you, with circa 6 in the HR BP team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple business areas with all areas of HR including people strategy, managing annual hr processes, driving HR projects and HR operations supported by an HR Officer and HR Coordinators.
You will be a commercial and articulate HR Business Partner / HR Manager with experience operating in another global financial services organisation. You will be comfortable managing ER, Projects and annual HR processes. You will also be comfortable working directly with business heads as part of a close collaborative team. You will be willing to relocate to Jersey full time on a permanent contract. A relocation package will be provided. Degree (2:1+) and /of CIPD (level 7 preferred).
