Part-Time HR Business Partner
We are delighted to work with a growing UK charity to recruit a Part-Time HR Business Partner providing strategic support to a number of northern sites.
As an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for proving strategic support across a number of site, being based in either Manchester and Sheffield. Youwill have responsibility for providing business focused HR support to various functions. You will be heavily involved in the creation development and delivery of the HR strategy which will include succession planning, talent mapping and career pathways/employee development. As this charity is growing you will also support managing and lead on organisational change which could include TUPE and restructures which may result in redundancies. You will support complex case work therefore you will need to be confident in employment law and policies.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Qualified and can demonstrate true strategic HR Business Partnering experience. You have experiencing providing comprehensive support across employee relations, succession planning, recruitment strategy and people development. You specifically have experience leading change management programmes including TUPE restructuring and redundancies. You have excellent stakeholder management experience, comfortable supporting managers and designing interventions which minimise risk throughout the business.
This is a part-time job share position with can be worked over two or three days and can be based in either Manchester or Sheffield.
