Description

You'll be responsible for supporting administration for the whole "employee life cycle", from recruitment to on boarding, to learning and development.

You'll need to have excellent organisational and administration skills, as well as a passion for people. The role will include;

  • Recruitment and On boarding
  • Contracts and maintaining personnel files
  • Maintaining accuracy of HR Systems
  • Admin support, across the whole employee life cycle
  • Training administration and records
  • Preparing information for HR Reports

Profile

Skills

    • Experienced in word-processing, database and spreadsheet packages (Good Excel knowledge).

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Good telephone manner

    • Excellent administrative and organisational skills

    • Quality oriented with attention to detail and deadlines

    • Discrete and confidential

    • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers

    • Ability to work under own initiative

  • Customer service approach

Desirable Experience

    • Experience in a similar Human Resources role or HR Qualification

  • Experience in similar industry
