HR Business Partner part time

We have an exciting opportunity with our client; a value lead and progressive organisation. You will play a key part in the development of an organisation that is dedicated to social reform and truly see the impact that you have on its ability to achieve its mission of empowering young people all over the UK. They are looking for a HR Business Partner on a part time basis to support Central and South London.

As HR Business Partner you will work closely with senior and middle managers to provide specialist advice and support to the service delivery and business development whilst building their management capabilities through effective coaching and guidance. You will be pivotal link between the HR Director and Head of Organisational development and the client group you support delivering strategic HR solutions to support operational functions across the organisation.

You will partnering with over 40 senior level stakeholders and Directors in your client group supporting them to continuously improve the management performance with a focus on employee relations around change management and TUPE. With the exciting expansion of the organisation on the horizon you will continue to collaborate with the business development and operational teams at tender stages and ensure a smooth transition for new employees joining the organisation with careful attention to any employment risks and issues. You will take time to develop your understanding of the strategic and operational context for each of the services in your region allowing you to help them achieve their goals but equally deliver the core HR strategy. This will include the attendance of management meetings and visits to your regions.

A crucial part of your role will be to continue to build management capabilities, supporting and developing talent strategies with a focus on succession planning, recruitment and talent management. You will also assist senior leaders with employee relations ensuring that all matter are dealt with efficiently and with compassion. To be successful in this role you will have experience working on TUPE, restructures and redundancies. You will ideally be CIPD qualified with business partnering experience with effective coaching and project management capabilities. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be confident designing and deploying HR interventions.

This role will be a part time role 4 days per week with travel across central and South London

£42,719 full time equivalent
