Please note that this is a daily rate contract role and the successful candidate must be available to start within a week of appointment

I am looking for an immediately available recruitment coordinator to join a well known third sector organisation based in Birmingham city centre. You will be supporting a HR Recruitment manager with various recruitment tasks over an extremely busy period. You will be responsible for all administration around the recruitment process including advertising roles, managing applications and working to ensure an effective onboarding service to all candidates. This is a fast-paced, high volume recruitment role and you must have experience working within a recruitment role previously, ideally within an organisation without an ATS.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate management e.g CV screening, interview arrangement, interview feedback, employee contracts
  • Work to reduce time to hire by advising on the best attraction methods
  • Work closely with agencies on difficult to fill roles
  • Ensure all candidates have a positive onboarding experience
  • Manage internal customers, advising and pushing back to stakeholders where necessary

Essential requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of managing end-to-end recruitment administration in an environment in which there is no ATS system.
  • Experience of high volume requirement campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment practice
  • Experience working with agencies from and internal perspective
  • Experience managing stakeholders expectations
  • Excellent attention to detail and evidence of strong organisational skills
