This successful and growing organisation seeks an experienced Interim HR Officer to join them in a newly created, exciting and highly diverse 'Generalist' role. This is initially a 3-6 month contract but, with a strong likelihood of extension (possibly even a permanent contract).
Supporting the Head of HR, you will assist in the provision of advice on all HR matters including, providing advise and guidance to staff on terms and conditions of employment and all HR policies and procedures; including inductions, absence management, flexible working, maternity, organisational change and disciplinary. You will also actively contribute to the efficient running of the HR department, assisting with recruitment, L&D and with any ad hoc assignments or projects where necessary.
Suitable applicants will have experience of working in a similarly demanding role - with particular focus on Employee Relations and/or Recruitment - and be looking to progress.
You will be hands on, with a can-do attitude, able to prioritise your work and present information clearly, concisely and in a logical manner. You will be flexible to meet the demands of the business, able to work with minimal supervision and have a professional demeanour, with a good sense of humour!
