Job Details
A new interesting IT Recruitment opportunity has arisen in Horsham. This Hybrid Recruiter will be responsible for managing the delivery of high quality permanent IT candidates.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Identify potential candidates for open headcount and pipelining for future hiring needs
- Source candidates via Web advertising, employee and business referrals, networking, head-hunting, LinkedIn, and various other candidate databases
- Contact and interview prospective candidates
- Ensure all directly sourced candidates are responded to appropriately
- Develop recruitment strategies and ideas
- Keep abreast of market trends affecting recruitment
- Ad hoc project work as given by the Account Manager
- Be adept at producing and developing regular and meaningful MI reporting to both client and RS management
Candidate requirements:
- Proven direct sourcing experience at all levels
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience recruiting IT profressionals
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Proactivity and self-motivation
