A leading services provider is seeking a highly capable Recruiter to join the business for a period of 12 – 15 months.
Working within this incredibly fast paced environment, and taking responsibility for providing a total recruitment process to the business, you will deal with a high volume of vacancies across a number of business units. Currently the business has a vacancy list of c350, and working as part of a team of 3 to reduce this, you will remain busy with the need to recruit!
Due to the nature of the role you will be at the forefront in candidate sourcing, utilising various recruitment methods available in order identify and attract the right calibre of candidate for this complex business.
You will be a commercially minded Recruitment professional that has gained experience of high volume recruitment, especially within a blue collar environment/industry. You will be resilient, able to take control of multiple campaigns at once and support a number of stakeholders (whilst not being afraid to challenge them as and when needed!).
Based from a Head Office location local to Heathrow there will be some travel to sites and as such having a car and drivers licence is crucial for this role.
