Job Details
A Not for Profit organisation based close to London Bridge, is looking to appoint a HR Advisor on an initial six month contract to support specific projects. The HR Advisor will have experience as a HR generalist being able to support the HR team with advice to internal personnel and guidance to line managers. Exposure to L&D, recruitment campaigns and performance management procedures would be required as some of the projects may cover these areas. The organisation are looking for a someone with a self starter attitude and the ability to work autonomously when required. CIPD qualified and experience of Employee Relations at investigation level would be required for this position. The organisation is Not for Profit and are based close to London Bridge and they promote London to International audiences as a place to visit, invest and work. The role of the HR Advisor has an immediate start for an initial 6 month period.
