About the role
You will be expert for all matters relating to compensation matters, including payroll, plus benefits and HRIS.

About the role
This is a full on role requiring someone who enjoys both planning and delivery.

Manage the monthly payroll and regularly review payroll processes to ensure they are effective
Manage the annual salary and bonus process for employees
Design and deliver a compensation and reward strategy relevant for the business
Carry out benchmarking and market data to ensure offering are competitive
Oversee the benefit programmes
Manage the HRIS and Payroll system and optimise functionalities

Successful candidates must have

Experience of using and administering payroll and HR software, ideally including ADP
Proven compensation and benefits experience within a commercial organisation
Strong reward and benefit design and implementation experience
Comfortable with leading and implementing projects
Solid experience of working in a fast paced environment where ambiguity exists
