Job Details
My client, a leading financial services firm based in the city, currently have a Part-Time Talent Development Coordinator position available on a 6 month basis. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Senior Manager and wider Talent team.
Duties:
- Co-ordinate and schedule Talent Development training programmes, both internally and externally
- Maintaining the Training calendar and Talent Intranet pages
- Send out invitations, course joining instructions and pre-work for internal and external courses and liaise with training providers
- End to end processing of all training requests and professional qualification sponsorship requests
- Co-ordinate logistics in relation to scheduled training courses (room booking, equipment, catering etc.)
- Maintaining and managing a log of training attendance, cancellations and wait lists
- Circulation, collation and analysis of post course training feedback
- Issuing study agreements for professional qualifications sponsorship and ensuring all relevant study agreements are logged and saved to HR sharepoint
- Support vendor relationships
- Dealing with e-mail and telephone queries in relation to training
- Support marketing for training programmes e.g. pamphlet creation with the Design Team; sending out Chatter posts; emailing quarterly updates to select staff groups
- Supporting the Talent Manager with the Performance Management process
Candidate Requirements:
- Self-starter, able to take initiative
- Organised and thorough in approach with excellent attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Proven administration skills; capable of coordinating training, performance management and HR projects
- Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile when needed
- Enthusiasm to work in a busy, motivated team
