HR Coordinator contract role based on the outskirts of Norwich


Your new company
This organisation has a fantastic work culture with their ethos at the heart of their operations. Based on the outskirts of Norwich they are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 4 months, with the potential for it to be extended.

Your new role
This role will be carried out on a part-time basis, with some flexibility on hours.

Job responsibilities include:
- Processing new starters, leavers and employment changes.
- Completing pre-employment screening & vetting processes.
- Issuing employment offers, contracts and any changes to employment terms and conditions.
- First point of contact for employees with HR related queries.
- Maintaining HR system (Cascade)
- Ad hoc queries

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will ideally be CIPD level 3 qualified with good HR systems knowledge.
