The Senior Recruitment BP, is responsible for managing the acquisition of talent for the requirements across a number of disciplines (Clinical Operations, Late Stage Development, Risk Management, Regulatory), and multiple locations including UK, Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands & Nordic region- therefore experience in Life sciences and also across EMEA is critical.

You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition & HR teams, reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition- you will be responsible for implementing innovative and creative recruitment solutions and help to develop internal and external pipelines, and communities to fulfil ambitious growth plans across the organisation.

Job responsibilities will include:

*Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
*Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements.
*Collaborate with client groups across EMEA to understand their hiring needs, goals and business and become a trusted Recruiting Business Partner.
*Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively managing each recruitment process to a high standard- working closely with hiring managers on delivering an exceptional service both internally and externally
*Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process.
*Create talent market maps and internal and external pipelines and communities.
*Being an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and assisting where necessary with ad hoc tasks.

They offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000, a 10% Bonus and great package- as well as some days from home after probation!
