My client is a growing professional services firm, based in Surrey who are appointing an Head of HR in to a role to lead the people agenda for the firm. Managing a team, the role will have full responsibility for setting the HR agenda and strategy, to ensuring it is delivered with all aspects of operational HR.
Developing and mentoring the HR team, the role will have a close working relationship with the Managing Partner who is passionate about the growth and success of the firm and attracting and retaining fantastic talent to the firm.
