Job Title: Interim Reward Manager
Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Luton
Ashley Kate are working with a business who require an Interim Reward Manager to support them through a busy period.
About you
You will be an experienced Reward Manager who us able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be happy to challenge and be challenged and great at building relationships.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with third party benefits providers
Manage relationship with pension's provider
Manage communications regarding Benefits
Maintain master pay scales; update based on market conditions
Benchmark new roles where required
Project-manage the deprecation of current benefits platform
Manage fleet and cash alternatives
Manage grey fleet due diligence
Expert point of contact for benefits queries
