Working for a business who reward their employees and recognise their contributions to the business this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor. Based in south Manchester you will report to the Senior HR Business Partner within the wider HR Operations team.
Roles and responsibilities will include providing ER and general HR advice to line managers across the business, co-ordinate contractual & payroll changes, support Organisational Design and change activity and coach and develop line managers. You will also be involved in supporting and facilitating effective recruitment and selection practices and procedures to meet organisational requirements. Your key stakeholders will include Line Managers, Directors, Unions and colleagues across the group.
As a HR Advisor you will either have a recognised HR qualification or be working towards one and will have strong generalist HR experience gained in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will comprehensive knowledge of employment Law and working experience of managing complex ER cases from start to end up to and including tribunal support. Preferably you will have experience of working with SAP or similar operating systems and will be able to navigate your way around Microsoft packages.
