Senior HR Adviser (HR Operations)
Our client is a leading, global law firm which is renowned for innovative and progressive practices in the rapidly changing legal market. They foster a high performance, yet friendly and inclusive culture and they are looking for a Senior HR Adviser (HR Operations) to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
This role will have overall responsibility of leading a team of approximately 10 HR Administrators and working closely with your team to manage the day to day operations of the function. You will be the key escalation point for complex cases and you will be looking at the function through a strategic lens and identifying areas for process and workflow improvements. You will work towards embedding best practice HR processes and you will work closely with stakeholders to build excellent relationships and to ensure they receive the best possible employee experience.
You will be working closely with HR Business Partners and will be a trusted adviser to the business. You will also get the opportunity to work on HR projects, performance management and ER related issues.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in either an HR Generalist capacity or preferably, in an HR Shared Services/ HR Operations environment. A background in the professional services industry would be advantageous but not essential. Experience managing or supervising a team is essential and we are looking for candidates with a great mentoring/leadership style who can positively impact those around them to achieve.
