Apprenticeship RecruiterPermUp to £30,000pa + 15% bonusCentral London An exciting new opportunity working within a multinational Real Estate business based in Central London has become available to join the graduate team as an Apprenticeship Recruiter, due to the success of the Apprenticeship Programme over the last 3 years. This position will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, support and development of the apprentices, working with colleagues engaged in future talent. Responsibilities include;Internal and external marketing of apprenticeship opportunitiesScreening and shortlisting of applicants, ensuring diverse candidate poolsCoordinate assessment centres and interview processEnsuring all assessment materials are provided and relevantCoordinating the offer and onboarding process for apprenticesWorking closely with managersCoordination of apprenticeship enrolment, as well as salary benchmarkingWorking closely with the People Development team, to support on the apprenticeships internal development Experience and skills required:Educated to degree Level or aboveCIPD qualified or eager to undertake CIPD is desirablePrevious experience in the recruitment and development of junior talentStrong coordination and communication skillsCollaborative, positive and have the ability to influenceConfident working with multiple business divisionsDriven to create and maintain a strong training programme for all apprenticeship routes to qualification If you have previous recruitment experience and are passionate about the opportunity of growing apprenticeship programme within a large corporate firm, please apply now!
