Your new role
This is a newly created role following the launch of a new LMS and an exciting opportunity for an Instructional Designer.
Your role will include the following:

• Management of the LMS - SABA
• Create engaging and impactful digital learning
• Working with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs
• Create bespoke E Learning
• Ensure all learning interventions meets business needs

What you'll need to succeed

• Instructional design experience
• Creative flair to design innovative E Learning
• Ability to deal with technical requirements
• Proven project management experience to take digital learning from conception to delivery
• Maintain and update the LMS
