My client, a multinational Mining organisation based in central London are currently recruiting for apolished HR Officer to join their collaborative team. The main purpose of this role will be to provide generalist HR advice and service to the London office across a defined range of HR activities in line with HR standards and policies. Provide implementation support on HR policies, processes and initiatives within London officeManage all types of maternity, paternity, adoption & parental leave for London office employees in coordination with the HR AdvisorsLead the On-boarding process for new hires & transfers to the London Office including the delivery of induction trainingProvide necessary support to relevant London based business processes that require HR input (outlook, budgeting, supply chain processes, etc).Support the implementation of relevant HR ProjectsConduct training needs analysis and suggest appropriate training and other development interventions and support in-house training events and regular employment processes and procedures.Alongside the HR Administrator, be first point of contact for employee queries and benefits.Run and coordinate wellbeing programme and organisation of wellbeing events.Demonstrate behaviour in line with the Group's values, standards and a professional workplaceParticipate as an effective team member in working collaboratively with your leader, clients, peers and relevant others (including from other teams where relevant) to achieve business goalsProvide a recruitment service for London campus staff in coordination with the HR Advisors/HR Principals that sources appropriate staff within Group/London officeAdvise on and support a range of HR and employee relation matters in conjunction with the relevant HR Principal and HR CoordinatorProvide support to the HR Coordinator and HR Advisors on relevant HR reporting requirements (headcount, joiners, leavers, etc.), predominantly London focused. You will ideally have a CIPD or HR relevant degree, have experience working in a large corporate environment and be confident talking to senior stakeholders.
