3-month assignment

City of London

A fantastic 3-month temporary HR Assistant opportunity is available within an established Financial Services firm in Central London.

The role is working directly with an experienced HR Business Partner to support the HR team with administrative processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the onboarding & offboarding process

Preparing documentation for monthly payroll processing

Aid with the recruitment process, including scheduling, booking rooms, offer documentation

Responding to reference requests

Data cleansing Cascade HR system and archiving of HR drive

Monitoring and updating contractor list and liaising with agencies

Coordinating external training courses

Requirements:

2+ years' experience at HR Administration or Assistant level

Experience of Cascade (or similar) HR system

Strong sense of initiative and problem-solving capability

Ability to priorities as well as work flexibly day to day

This role requires a candidate that is available to start immediately.
