£150 - £175 per dayEstablished Financial Services Firm3-month assignment City of London A fantastic 3-month temporary HR Assistant opportunity is available within an established Financial Services firm in Central London. The role is working directly with an experienced HR Business Partner to support the HR team with administrative processes and initiatives. Responsibilities: Supporting the onboarding & offboarding processPreparing documentation for monthly payroll processingAid with the recruitment process, including scheduling, booking rooms, offer documentationResponding to reference requestsData cleansing Cascade HR system and archiving of HR driveMonitoring and updating contractor list and liaising with agenciesCoordinating external training coursesRequirements:2+ years' experience at HR Administration or Assistant levelExperience of Cascade (or similar) HR systemStrong sense of initiative and problem-solving capabilityAbility to priorities as well as work flexibly day to day This role requires a candidate that is available to start immediately.
