A leading global RPO is looking for a Banking Tech & Digital Recruiter to join them on-site at a large global investment bank on a 12 month FTC.

As part of an established a reputable onsite RPO team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of Digital and / or Tech hiring across the investment bank (all levels, perm and / or interim) in a busy and varied role. You will hire directly and/or utilise a PSL when needed depending upon the client groups you have.

Responsibilities:

Proactiviely take charge of the sourcing, interview and selection process

Build and strengthen internal and external relationships to ensure that stakeholders and candidates have the best service

Manage all candidates through the pipelines to ensure target start dates are met

Innovative forward thinking approach to meet clients demands

Produce accurate management information

Keeping system updated

Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Working with internal colleagues across different locations to ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is working optimally.

Skills:

Solid Tech/Digital exposure ideally within a financial services

Strong stakeholder experience

Abilitly to work on their own initative

Attitude to go the extra mile

A strong team player

Able to balance the demands of the business against the demands of AMS
