Interim Recruitment Manager

I am recruiting for a short-term Interim Recruitment Manager opportunity within a Private Asset Management firm based in Central London.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process while partnering with Line Managers to plan and implement strategies

Build and maintain networks of potential candidates

Co-ordinate the hiring plan for the Europe and Apac regions

Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates

Drive diversity sourcing strategies and engage in internal and external affinity events

Develop and communicate recommendations to hiring managers based on knowledge of the markets, candidate and talent strategies

Requirements:

7 + years of direct recruiting experience

Must have outstanding interviewing skills

Can work independently

Positive attitude team player

Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace

This role requires a candidate that is available to start immediately.
