12 - 18 month contract for a HR Advisor in Chelmsford

Your new company
A large commercial business a leader in their field requires a HR Advisor on a contract basis for 12 / 18 months.
This contract could lead to a permanent appointment.

Your new role
You will support the business in all aspects of Human Resources including resourcing, training, learning & development, employee relations, succession planning and reward management.

• Provide advice and guidance on all ER matters
• To participate in the Recruitment and selection process
• Provide support for long and short term absence
• Manage L&D and talent management activities, including facilitating training
• To assist with the creation / update of policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on employee benefits, payroll and pension
• Produce monthly reports

What you'll need to succeed
Experience as a HR Advisor is essential, ideally within a Manufacturing / production environment. You will be educated to degree level or part / fully CIPD qualified. As this is a contract role you will need to be immediately or available on short notice
