Role: Payroll Analyst
Package: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum and fantastic benefits
I am working with a leading retailer based in Hertfordshire who is seeking a payroll analyst to join their team as soon as possible. They have some very exciting plans for the payroll department in the very near future with new systems and with the company growing domestically and internationally I'm sure the team will be expanding as well. While the business as usual still needs to be maintained, they would love some one to come in and help improve on their existing process's and controls and assist with the system implementation when due.
It's a company that values their staff tremendously and loves developing and training from within.
Here's are some of the responsibilities:
Working amongst a team of 5 within payroll you will be looking after a remit of stores within Sweden, Denmark and the Republic of Ireland
Maintain the payroll for 2000
Ensure all data received from retailers is correct before submitting to the outsourced vendor
Ensure that the T&A is accurate using their system
Maintain within your remit the payroll records in the Pay & Benefits
Keep up to date the records of the Company Pension Scheme, Private medical and other company benefits.
Some of the experience and skills you should already have:
UK Payroll experience is a must have - non negotiable
If you have experience with the other countries listed above, that would be even better!
Excellent knowledge of Excel skills
Work hard ethic, sleeves rolled up mentality and have a team spirit mentality
