Resourcer or Recruitment Advisor required on a 6 Month FTC based in Cheadle.

Your new role
My client is currently looking for somebody to join there team as either a Resourcer or a Recruitment Advisor on a 6 Month FTC with the potential for extension. They don't particularly have a preference as to which role they would prefer however the 2 roles are slightly different. Please find the details for both roles below.

Resourcer - £23K - £27K
The resourcer will support the existing recruitment advisors in sourcing and engaging with suitable candidates for permanent vacancies across the organisation via a variety of channels. You'll be joining a fast paced, high performing team in which you'll be expected to work autonomously with guidance from the Recruitment Advisors objective to increase direct souring capability. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Resourcer (preferably from an agency background) who has the ability to identify, engage and qualify with a wide variety of vacancies as well as building a pipeline of candidates for upcoming vacancies.
You will be required to source candidates via CV data bases, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. You must be experienced in creating a strong shortlist for a variety of different roles and be comfortable in picking up the phone to speak to candidates and perform an initial screening conversation.

You must have experience in working in a high volume, fast paced recruitment or resourcing role either in-house or agency. Experience of sourcing and headhunting candidates through a variety of different platforms with proven experience of sourcing for Niche roles. You must have good assessment skills to be able to create a strong shortlist for hiring managers.

Recruitment Advisor - £27K - £31K
The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from attraction through to onboarding, across a wide range of disciplines and levels of seniority. Working as part of the wider HR function, the Recruitment Advisor will partner stakeholders throughout the recruitment process and advise on industry 'best practice' whilst maintaining a focus on direct sourcing through a variety of channels. To be considered, you'll have extensive recruitment experience (either in-house or agency) with the ability to work on a number of campaigns at any one time. You'll also have proven direct sourcing experience with the ability to build a strong pipeline of candidates across both volume and niche roles.

You must have experience in a full end to end recruitment role and have experience in managing the process from advertisement to offer stage. You must have experience in managing a number a different vacancies at any one time and have experience in recruiting for technical and niche roles in which the candidates may be more difficult to find. Proven experience of sourcing and headhunting candidates from a variety of platforms including social media is essential.
