Job Details
An international law firm is looking for a Recruitment Administrative Assistant to join their HR Team. This person will be part of a dynamic team of 5 people and work closely with the HR team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting into the Recruitment Manager
- Coordinating interviews, book meetings rooms, set-up conferences and liaise with secretaries
- Initiate the pre-employment screening process for all new joiners (graduate and lateral hires)
- Monitor the recruitment inbox on a weekly basis
- Upload job descriptions and coordinate the advertisements
- Assist the recruitment manager with the graduate recruitment process
- Provide cover for the Recruitment Manager when necessary
This person will:
- Have 1+ years' experience in recruitment (ideally within a law firm)
- Have a muck-in attitude
- Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be degree educated (or equivalent)
