Job Details
An international law firm is looking for An HR Coordinator to join their HR Team. This person will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of 5.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting into the HR Manager
- Assisting the HR team with preparation of documentation e.g. Leaving and maternity letters, paternity, adoption etc
- Responsible for keeping leavers tracker up to date
- Responsible for keeping parental leave tracker up to date
- Draft offer, promotion and extension letters and all other paperwork
- Day to day management of benefit requests and responding to benefit related queries
- Ensuring all employee records are up to date at all times
- Assist the HR Manager with immigration queries
This person will:
- Have 1-2 years generalist HR experience within professional services
- Have a muck-in attitude
- Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be degree educated (or equivalent)
