A large commercial organisation based in Birmingham are looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Specialist to join the HR team.
Your new role
The Internal Recruitment Specialist will partner a specific area of the business and will be responsible for the management of end to end recruitment processes within the division. The role will work with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, advise on resourcing strategies, sift and screen applications, manage selection processes,and oversee offer management and provide feedback. The Internal Recruitment Specialist will partner management teams to understand workforce planning requirements and will build talent pools.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have internal recruitment experience and will be able to demonstrate success in recruiting for both volume and specialist recruitment needs, across all levels and various specialisms. Previous experience of managing multiple recruitment processes, direct sourcing and creating talent pools will be vital to success.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £27,000 to £33,000 plus benefits
