Our client has a unique opportunity that they rarely recruit for. They are looking for a temporary OHA to cover for a long-term sickness for 6-8 weeks.
You need to ideally be a qualified OH Advisor, however if you are an experience RGN with OH experience this will also be considered. Role is full time Mon-Fri with a mix of early and late shifts.
The role will vary from Morning to Afternoon.
Morning - Receiving incoming calls from the sick phone line, giving advice to employees and managing their symptoms.
Afternoon - Handling referrals of employee injuries, sicknesses, health checks and giving advice of situations in the office.
All details will be logged onto an internal system, so excellent IT skills along with telephone communication and report writing are also essential.
£Excellent Negotiable Rate dependent upon experience
