International VP of HR, HR Director
Artis HR are delighted to be retained by this International Group to appoint their new International VP for HR. Based in Gloucestershire this is a superb opportunity to lead the HR strategy for the Division based across Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia. You will have a strong team of Heads of HR in each geography supported by a strong and established central HR service function.
This is a key appointment for this Globally recognised and successful sector specialist.
As a very exciting opportunity it will suit a talented, resilient HR Director/ VP with substantial experience working across multiple markets, internationally within fast growing agile sectors.
The Group are a Technology and Digital specialist and as such experience within a similar or related specialist/ technical sector would be advantageous, though not essential. As part of a Global Group an understanding of how to navigate and deliver effective results in a moderately complex matrix will be important.
You will lead the function to support substantial and ambitious growth plans. This will be through continued organic growth and a number of international acquisitions.
You will be a strong commercial leader and will be an active member of the Senior Management Team. You will be expected to contribute to the strategic development of the Division, and will enjoy being part of a team that understands people are at the centre of their expansion plans.
You will be offered the autonomy to lead HR across a diverse number of cultures, and business units, and will be looked upon to develop innovative and forward thinking people plans that can be both developed across the group and at a local market level.
Functionally you will have strong OD experience, and understanding of Reward Strategies, an interest in long term Talent Development, and know how to empower your leaders to deliver strong and effective performance management It is a true all rounders role!!!
You will be a natural executive BP and confidant, whilst still offering ground level support to your direct reports own teams.
This role will involve regular International travel to all locations. It may be as frequent as 1 week in 4 or 5 across the year.
