HR Business Partner

I am working with a fast growing consultancy to find a HR Business Partner to join them to help deliver their 5 year strategy.

The role will play a key part in delivery of their 5 year plan which includes additional headcount in the UK, as well as international office openings.

The role is broad, and will include training & development, employee engagement, some ER matters, as well as recruitment and talent planning.

You are likely to have experience of partnering with senior management teams, and happy to work at both a strategic level and in a hands on operational capacity.

You are likely to be CIPD qualified.
