Your new role
The HR Advisor will provide HR advice and guidance to managers across the Midlands and Central England region. The HR Advisor will provide support on issues relating to discipline, grievance, performance management, TUPE, absence management, restructuring and change management. The postholder will coach managers on HR best practice and ensure compliance with legal obligations. The HR Advisor will support the Regional HR Manager with onboarding of transferring employees and other change management projects. Some travel across the region will be required and so a full driving licence and access to a car is vital.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Advisor with strong volume and complex case-management experience. Previous experience of TUPE will be advantageous. Candidates should be well organised, resilient and must be values orientated.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £31,700 plus benefits.
